Factory Update: Great News for Cloud Soft's Future

May 2018:
After many meetings and long discussions, we are extremely excited to announce that our very own factory manager of 9 years has decided to take over. He fully understands the need for this quality product and has decided to continue production well into the future.
We've had an overwhelming amount of support and positivity from our loyal customers that want and need our product.

Our factory manager has been 100% hands on with the fabrication of these seats for nearly 10 years. He has improved the quality of these seats and wants to continue that way. Why? Because quality and comfort are what Cloud Soft Seats are known for. His number one goal has always been customer satisfaction.

What this means for current, pending orders:
Hand-Upholstery production will continue. Once your seat(s) is out of production, FedEx tracking details will be emailed to you. Questions regarding a pending order can be sent in writing to P.O.  Box 65532 Orange Park, FL 32065.
What this means for future ordering:
We have a large backlog of orders currently going through production. Once these pending orders are complete, new orders will be accepted. As this may take several months, we greatly appreciate everyone's patience. Quality takes time and it's clearly worth the wait.
